Give now to help communities rebuild lives
On 14 August 2021, a 7.2 magnitude earthquake struck Haiti across several major cities. More than 2,248 people were killed, 140,000 buildings were damaged, and 800,000 people needed assistance.
Our teams were ready to respond reaching more than 19,000 people with essential items. Right now, there is an alarming food shortage, which has been made worse by the earthquake. We’re working with farmers and small businesses to help them recover and rebuild their livelihoods.
A gift from you can help us be ready to respond to natural disasters and crises like earthquakes in Haiti and Indonesia.
