Lebanon in economic crisis

Lebanon-2020
Homes and businesses were destroyed in Beirut, Lebanon, in a city that had already endured so much hardship.

In the aftermath of the explosion that tore through Lebanon’s capital city, people are facing a crisis within a crisis as they look to recover and rebuild during the COVID-19 pandemic. Homes and businesses are destroyed throughout a city that was already suffering.

In a country where more than 50% of the population is employed in small and medium sized businesses, any impact on their ability to operate hits families hard. For many, if they don't work, they don't eat.

We are providing emergency assistance to micro and small businesses affected by the August 2020 Beirut explosion, to help them open up and recover as soon as possible.

With your donation today you can help people triumph over adversity and build stronger communities from within, in Lebanon and around the world.
