Senior Advisor, Technology for Development

Adrienne Brooks is the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor for the Technology for Development team at Mercy Corps. The programme she works on, Technology for Impact, aims to build new partnerships, develop better processes, and experiment with innovative tools to deliver aid faster, more efficiently, and to more people. She has designed and developed impact measurement tools for these outcomes. As part of this role, she has designed, managed, and trained teams on information ecosystem assessments and evaluations. Her advisory work includes survey design and implementation, Key Informant Interviews, and Focus Group Discussions, all leading to analysis and reporting of the findings to determine programme impact.

Prior to her work at Mercy Corps, Adrienne worked at Habitat for Humanity on U.S. domestic housing issues, and served as a broadcast journalist in the U.S. Army. She has a Masters of International Economics and Conflict Management from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). Adrienne joined Mercy Corps in 2017 to support work in today’s most complex environments. In her free time, she loves traveling and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
