As Senior Vice President and Chief Ethics Officer of L’Oréal Group from 2007 to 2020, Emmanuel Lulin created and oversaw an ethics program that is integrated into the French multinational’s daily operations and long-term strategic decisions. He is currently the Director of the Ethics and Compliance Initiative at the Ethics Resource Center and a UN Global Compact Expert.
After studying at the Sorbonne, Emmanuel went to University of Chicago Law School. Upon graduation, he joined Debevoise & Plimpton law firm. He joined L’Oréal as group general counsel for human resources in 1999, later going on to create and fulfil the role of Chief Ethics Officer.
